Dublin – About the Job Overview: The role of the Account Manager is to manage and nurture growth from Ergo’s existing Client accounts. The Account Manager will stay close to Client stakeholders and maintain an intimate understanding of the Account business and technological landscape. The Account Manager will understand what the Clients business drivers are and align to Ergo’s strategic roadmap to maximise our footprint in the Accounts. The Account Manager will be allocated accounts and a retention and sales target to grow these accounts across Ergo’s key pillars; ITSM contracts; Third Party Hardware; Azure; Professional Services.
