Responsibilities: Process order entry, billing and invoices for the EMEA region Review incoming Sales Orders for accuracy and adherence to Sales and Finance guidelines. Partner with sales and support teams to ensure all customer accounts are properly provisioned and billed. Review and prepare renewal invoices, verify renewals with sales managers Create customer credits for account adjustments and customer cancellations.
