We are currently working with a leading FMCG Food company who are growing at a rapid degree.
Due to business growth, they now wish to see applications from interested and suitable candidates to join their team as a Brand Manager.
This position will be a comprehensive Marketing role which includes budget management, sales support, NPD activities. It is a key role in the development of brand positioning and communication strategy to deliver ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to the following;
Packaging development is an important part of the role and the person will play a key liaison role with relevant departments within the company, the creative/design agencies and the packaging suppliers/printers.
Creative input, development and co-ordination of marketing material such as POS material, Packaging, sales support material, sales team marketing presentations etc.
Assist in planning, co-ordinating and attending trade & consumer exhibitions (Ireland and Europe).
Assist in planning, implementing and analysis of monthly sales promotion activity.
Monitor competitor activity including pricing and promotion activities.
The ideal candidate will be a strong multi-tasker with an ability to work with multiple internal and external teams and someone who can demonstrate strong consumer & competitor understanding.
You will ideally have a relevant Business/Marketing degree or other relevant qualification coupled with ideally 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within the food/FMCG environment.
You will have excellent organisational, communication, presentation and administration skills with an ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and proven ability to take ownership of projects and manage them to completion is also required.
You will be a team player with a strong creative side and excellent computer skills.
You will be Flexible, Committed and Hardworking.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience in the region of €25,000+.
