Key responsibilities of a Support Specialist is to ensure the uninterrupted functioning of the assigned solutions, while also monitoring & analyzing solution performance data and user feedback to further improve user experience and satisfaction. The Business Intelligence Support Specialist will be in touch with off-site Level 2/Level 3 support teams and in-house BI & Data Engineers, as well as other corporate support groups (Active Directory, Network, Cloud, etc).
