Our client is situated in a historic part of South Donegal offering relaxed hospitality combined with a first class quality service.
Renowned for their attention to detail this hotel has a solid reputation of offering excellent quality food for all occasions from informal dining to weddings ensuring patrons return time and time again to enjoy the fine lovingly prepared fresh dishes.
This fine establishment is now in a position to appoint passionate and talented Chefs to help oversee and drive the kitchen.

Mise en place
Ensure the consistent delivery of quality and well-presented food to our customers
Work effectively within the Kitchen Team to ensure high customer service standards
Follow all health & hygiene standards
Be dedicated, passionate & have the will to produce excellent food in an enthusiastic environment
The ideal candidate will have a genuine flair for food and have significant previous experience working within a 3*/4* Hotel.
Qualification in professional Chef/Culinary skill desirable but not essential.
Preference may be given to those with significant experience working multiple kitchens under one roof and in particular to those demonstrating experience for high volume weddings and functions.
