Conference and Events Coordinator

Camden Court Hotel – Dublin – Duties & Responsibilities: Assisting the Meeting Excellence Manager with the day-to-day management of the Meeting Excellence department Liaising with all other departments within the hotel Ensuring that all enquiries are serviced on a daily basis and overseeing quotations, advising clients on meeting room capacities, specifications and equipment Ensuring relevant systems are in place and that daily planners are accurate and communicated effectively to the relevant departments Optimising room occupancy to achieve maximum room hire rates and food & beverage spend Ensure all Invoices are checked and processed daily including room hire, catering etc. and checking out the bills on the system when conferences have departed Ensuring all events run smoothly, trouble shooting and addressing issues as the arise Leading by example in maintaining service and standards Assisting with the housekeeping of the main sales database; maintaining accurate, up to date customer records Successful Candidates… – Permanent – Full-time
