Limerick – The Consultant, Compensation is based in Limerick, Ireland and reports to the Senior Consultant Team Leader, Compensation in the London office. This role will have primary responsibility for the development, communication, and administration of compensation program for Northern Trust’s operations in Ireland. This position can be based in our Limerick or Dublin offices Principal Responsibilities Analyzes local market data to determine appropriate pay levels for new offers, pay adjustments and internal equity reviews. Partners with HR Country Manager, HR Consultants, Managers, and Finance to address internal salary administration, market data, salary policy, job structure, and compensation guidelines. Coordinates participation in various compensation surveys.
