Credit Controller required for leading manufacturing company based in Donegal, competitive salary.
Your new company
You will work for a leading company based in Donegal who are experiencing considerable growth within their sector. This company exports its products throughout the UK and Europe and their flexible approach and deep understanding of their business allows them to develop products and solutions to meet customer specific needs. Salary will depend on experience and is starting at 30k euros.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Finance Director your key duties and responsibilities will include manage the invoicing function for the company including supervising 4 staff members, maintain the debtors ledger, supervise weekly invoice runs, manage EDI function, manage debtor receipts, manage debt collection, prepare weekly cash flow forecasts for finance team, implement new hand held system and prepare ad hoc reports.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have at least 2 years’ experience working in a busy credit control department. It is important that you have previous experience managing the debtors function and supervising staff. You will be a results driven individual with strong analytical skills, have a good telephone manner and excellent written and oral communication skills. You will be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Excel and will ideally hold a 3rd level qualification. Prior work experience will be considered most relevant.
