Manpower Ireland – Dublin – The role will involve: Work to resolve client issues to agreed service levels and in a professional manner. Take ownership of calls escalated from the service desk; adhere to client processes IPhone – IPad troubleshooting Videoconferencing equipment and setup support Dedicated commitment to service quality.
