EMEA Sales Enablement Manager
HubSpot – Dublin – Are you a problem solver? Do you like helping sales reps succeed and get a sense of satisfaction when a deal closes? Do you get a kick out of automating manual processes, so sales reps can focus on selling? If so, then this role is for you. We’re looking for someone to come in and run Sales Enablement for HubSpot in Dublin. You’ll be given the freedom to figure out the best way to help sales teams and reps overcome any roadblocks or challenges, so they hit quota. The job is broad and varied, but you’ll be focussed on helping the sales organisation succeed each month and quarter. It’s likely you’ll enable the sales organisation with scalable one-to-many programmes, as well as some high touch, one-to-one support. On any given day you could be creating content to overcome an objection, setting up a customer reference call, providing competitive intelligence on a company or dreaming up a training programme to improve sales reps’ negotiation skills.
