A family owned four star hotel are looking for an exceptional Executive Head Chef.
- Candidates must have at least 5 years in an Executive / Head Chef role with relevant experience in a fast paced environment cathering for high volumes
- Have the ability to write and design menu concepts to changing environments and demand
- A sound working knowledge of best practice kitchen management techniques – including HACCP, managing suppliers, efficient staff rostering and maintaining a professional and safe work environment.
- Experience managing a kitchen and a team of over 20
- Hold a qualification in Culinary Arts
- Assume full responsibility for all food production areas of the Kitchen.
- Ensure that all areas of food production and service are running efficiently and effectively at all times, in all kitchen areas
- You will have a passion for food across various cuisines, be target driven and have a track record of achieving results in GP, Wage % and Staff Training & Development
