Dublin – The role as a Facilities Administrator will include: Assisting the Facilities Director in managing the day to day activities of the office administration team in the delivery of their services to each of the offices. Assisting the Facilities Director in procuring soft and hard services, tendering and managing budgets and targets without impacting service delivery. Effectively coordinating work place services provided by 3rd party suppliers to ensure tasks are carried out successfully. Building strong relationships with managers, landlords and suppliers. Responding appropriately to facility of office emergencies or urgent issues as they arise. Reviewing method statements, insurances and safety statements. Demonstrating a strong health and safety knowledge. Managing the reception desk, meet and greeting, maintaining the area. Organising courier services and transport. Raise purchase orders.
