Randox Teoranta is currently looking to recruit a team member to join their Facilities department in a support role, to be based in Dungloe, Co Donegal, Ireland, working hours are from 11.20am to 8.00pm, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will carry out key tasks and responsibilities as listed below.
External work on the grounds of the factory will include, Cutting the grass, weeding, window cleaning, painting, general waste management, caring for the grounds surrounding the main building and ensuring they are kept clean and tidy in a well-presented manner.
Internal work will include a variety of general day to day maintenance work, assisting the Facilities maintenance department with all requests (examples can include painting, tiling, carpentry, electrical, plumbing associated work) heavy duty cleaning example using Floor sweepers/cleaning equipment, other cleaning requirements throughout the factory.
This role will also include a daily security check inside and outside the building ensuring all windows and exit doors are secured appropriately and that the building and grounds are secure.
- Positive and flexible attitude is required for this role as there are many aspects to the job.
- Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise work in a logical fashion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to act on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in Caretaking, Maintenance work, Electrical/Plumbing would be an advantage
