Our client is in the top hotel list in Ireland offering 4 Star Rating, it has massive Leisure Centre and can cater Conference and Wedding events to 150, fine dining and casual dining up to 90 people executive rooms with spa.
Food and Beverage Manager 38,000 Euro
Reporting to: General Manager
To over wee all of the wet and dry area in the hotel, managing and leading the team by example, implementation of any training.
· Responsible for the overall running the restaurant
· Overseeing staff and ensuring the properly represent the company
· Purchasing of stock
· Recruiting new staff
· Overseeing staff training
· Putting together staff rotas
· Dealing with disciplinaries
