Fund Accounting Operations Manager
Limerick – Responsible for managing an accounting operations group(s) such as corporate trust reporting, security clearance, and personal savings and deposit services, including conducting the performance management process and providing input for staffing and disciplinary actions. Monitors accounting and recordkeeping processes to ensure timely and accurate client reports. Ensures that adequate systems supports are obtained and maintained. Monitors productivity and quality of output. Major Duties Manages an accounting operations group. Conducts the performance management process, provides input for hiring and disciplinary actions, and provides hands-on training to staff.
