On behalf of one of Dublin’s finest employers, Abacus Professional Recruitment is currently recruiting for a graduate level / Jnr Company Secretary.

What we’re looking for

This is an opportunity to join a team within the Legal sector dedicated to supporting a range of blue-chip clients. You will form part of a team providing full company secretarial support (reporting on Legal Entities, Board and Committee meetings, Regulatory Reporting , M&A support and ad hoc Board and Governance Projects.)

Ideally, you will offer the following:

  • Obtained or working towards a Management & Corporate Governance qualification, to include GRAD ICSA.
  • Experience of working within a similar environment (supporting or admin capacity also considered).
  • Excellent communication skills and client relationship skills
  • An ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment

If you have gained your practical experience within the professional services sector then even better! In addition, you will also have a great working knowledge of MS office packages, in particular Excel, PowerPoint. It would also be an advantage if you are familiar with the Companies Act 2014 legislation.
