Hays are working on behalf of a leading Hotel in the North West to recruit a Receptionist / Administrator to join their team. This award winning Hotel has experienced tremendous success and have been recognised for their high standard of customer care. This is initially a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent. You will be required to work 3-4 days a week and be flexible with regards to working hours.
Your new role
As Receptionist / Administrator you will meet and greet customers on arrival at the premises, you will deal with customer enquiries professionally via telephone and face to face contact. As part of your role you will provide administration support to other departments including Marketing. This will involve liaising with internal and external customers. It will be your responsibility to process customer orders and correspondence.
What you’ll need to succeed
As Receptionist / Administrator you will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual. You will pride yourself in delivering the highest standard of customer care. It is important that you can demonstrate recent administration experience within a busy office environment. Essentially you will possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in the Microsoft suite.
Working hours will be from Wednesday to Saturday
