Support the HR Manager in development and delivery of Site HR plan. Duties – Recruitment and Induction; Control of labour/headcount with recruitment costs tracked in line with KPI and budgetary limits. Learning & Development; Work in conjunction with management teams to ensure career development paths are identified and development packs and plans in place for delivery. Monitor and measure the impact of training delivered and track spend.
