Dublin – Limerick – A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR or Compensation consultant to join a globally recognised financial services provider to help assist with their compensation package and continued growth and development. As Compensation Consultant, you will reports to the Senior Consultant Team Leader based in the London office. This role will have primary responsibility for the development, communication, and administration of compensation program for my clients operations in Ireland. Principal Responsibilities Analyses local market data to determine appropriate pay levels for new offers, pay adjustments and internal equity reviews. Partners with HR Country Manager, HR Consultants, Managers, and Finance to address internal salary administration, market data, salary policy, job structure, and compensation guidelines.
