Dublin – HR Generalist/Administrator Job: 6 – 9 month part time Maternity contract with a Business Services company based in South West Dublin. The position will require 20 hours plus per week onsite, which can be either mornings, afternoon or three days full time. Flexibility is guaranteed. Primary responsibilities are: • Arranging staff files, ensuring files are complete with contract, training etc. • Escalation point for disciplinary, ER and grievances. • Support for floor supervisors and team leaders, • Legislation and Advisory for Managing Director. • Dealing with insurance and PIAB claims • Dealing with Disciplinary/grievances etc • Arranging appointments for Bank to speak with staff and set up accounts • Issuing staff letter, references, proof of employment etc • Dealing with solicitor letters/union activity • Filling out and filing benefit forms/maternity leave forms/paternity forms etc • Liaising with occupational health regarding staff absence To apply for this HR Generalist Job or to… – Permanent – Full-timeApply for this job.
