Essential Responsibilities Provide support all hardware and software install or upgrade activities on site and remotely as required. Plan, install, configure and test desktop and server hardware, peripherals, operating system and application software and software upgrades, initially the primary role will focus on desktop deployment, with server installations according to experience level.
