IT Risk Specialist, – Digital, Channels and Customer
Major Retail Bank – Dublin – This role will engage with IT level governance boards and sponsors across BCS and the business. It will have the vision to develop the Risk framework for Customer & Channels that aligns to the corporate risk appetite and provides assurance to the CBI and other regulators that AIB is managing risks effectively across an ever increasing number/complexity of IT outsourced Partners. It will ensure that risk measurement and reporting is aggregating and monitored department wide and will oversee the governance of the risk processes for delivery of service quality, security, disaster recovery, business continuity, service resilience and availability of all Business Services and Applications across Digital Customer & Channels.
