Respond to incidents and requests in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide assistance to business partners where required. Install, diagnose, repair and maintain Windows desktops to ensure optimal performance. Duties: Provide 1st level technical support; answering and resolving queries via phone, email and remote support. Provide outstanding customer service and support in installing, diagnose, repair, and maintain Windows workstations, printers, conferencing, presentation and training IT equipment.
