Allied Irish Bank – Dublin – Role: IT Service Desk Performance Manager Location: AIB Group, 2 Burlington Road, Dublin 4 Who you are AIB has commenced a multi-vendor strategic engagement to deliver core IT infrastructure and application management services. The IT Service Desk Performance Manager is responsible for leading the front line IT service provision for the all areas across AIB acting as the interface between the business and relevant IT teams. Specifically this role requires the effective delivery of Service Desk, Access Management and Desktop platform support functions underpinned by required KPIs/SLA’s and performance metrics. Key to the role is very close collaboration with our IT Service Partners and the wider AIB IT teams in the overall delivery of IT Services.
