Full time hours (5 days per week)
Our client is a leading Irish Contractor who provide services within an agriculture type sector across the Northwest of Ireland (North and South) and beyond and they currently have a requirement for a full time and permanent Office Administrator to join their operation.
This role is full time five days per week and the week WILL be split between multiple sites (Donegal and Tyrone).
The successful applicant will perform routine clerical duties including answering phones, scheduling meetings/travel; and maintaining payments in conjunction with finance as well as maintaining paperwork, records and communications.
You will be required to work flexibly to ensure continual cover of all administrative services.
You should understand the needs of other staff, managers and customers through maintaining regular contact and building effective relationships.
Applications can only be accepted from those with substantial consistent recent experience working in a similar office based role.
The applicant must be well organized, efficient and able to multi-task; demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills; and be proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
Due to expected travel, you should have you own car and full licence and be prepared to travel for work up to 2-3 days per week.
To apply for this role the client has stipulated that you must live within a 30-min radius of their head office in Ballybofey.
Preference will be given to those who have experience within a similar industry type.
