  Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Provide administration back-up to a team

  • Data Entry of invoices

  • Prepare expense reports

  • Organise travel, conferences and training courses

  • Respond to queries

  • Project administration¬†

  • Run database reports

    The successful candidate should have

  • A minimum of 2 years previous administration experience

  • Excellent IT skills including excel

  • Some financial experience would be beneficial
