Order to Cash Front Office Customer Associate – 12 months fixed term contract

Dublin – The OTC Front Office Customer Associate is responsible for performing activities and tasks within the end to end Order to Cash (OTC) Process. They are a Point of Contact for both internal and external customer for any queries relating to order management, credit control, customer service, and distribution. WHAT WILL I BE DOING? Liaising directly with customers to manage any OTC related queries including the resolution of alerts generated in Salesforce.Com (SFDC) and SAP – credit order blocks, delivery blocks, credit hold and other financial alerts. Direct interface with all relevant internal teams (including Sales, Distribution) for any customer OTC related escalation queries. Responsible for accurate processing of relevant orders (emergency) when needed, to agreed timeframes Cash Collection – Ensure that invoices are collected within the agreed payment terms through proactive chasing and raising any risks promptly.
