Dublin – You will need a comprehensive understanding of payroll administration at a management level. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES You will need to manage the integration of systems and support with migration following a recent merger. Current Project work being undertaken of which you will be involved includes, assisting with the implementation of a new Time and Attendance system, introduce the benefit of Childcare Vouchers, developing key Payroll procedures, and reviewing the absence process within Payroll. You will need to ensure that all legislative and system changes are understood and implemented effectively, and be able to develop new techniques to cope with future legislation.
