Process Improvement Specialist
AXA Insurance – Ireland – We’re recruiting a Process Improvement Specialist to join our expanding Process Efficiency department based in our Dublin City Centre Head Office. This position will require travel to all AXA’s key operational sites in Ireland. Job Description You will be accountable for conducting process improvement projects throughout AXA using agreed methodologies to achieve highly productive and efficient workflow processes. You will also be responsible for carrying out analysis to identify key issue & problems, design performance metrics and implement solutions through process changes in collaboration with process owners. Key Duties and Responsibilities Assisting leadership in the identification, prioritisation, planning, development, coordination, support, and execution of high impact plans for effective and sustainable process improvement.
