We currently have a vacancy for a Restaurant Manager with a Hotel based in South Donegal.
Duties in this role will include the overall general management of the restaurant to include the management of the existing team whilst ensuring KPI’s are monitoring and achieved on a regular basis.
We are seeking applications from individuals who have an extensive proven track record in successfully managing a busy restaurant within a hotel environment.
You should have strong managerial skills, coupled with the ability to train, develop and motivate staff. You should have a strong understanding of budgets, KPI’s etc. and be prepared to put effort and commitment into ensuring this establishment continues to thrive.
A core element in succeeding in this position will be to ensure the provision of a first class customer experience, whilst striving to achieve and maximise sales and ultimately company profit. Applicants must possess the ability to assume responsibility for developing and maintaining high standards, whilst ensuring that all facets of the business run smoothly, and within budget.
