Text title: The Role and You The hours of work are Tue – Fri with some weekend work (about 10 weekends per year).4 day week most of the year. Must have reasonable kitchen experience with a knowledge of H.A.C.C.P. and food safety systems. Full european drives license is a bonus but not essential. Part of the job is driving a van.You will be working at lunchtime markets around Dublin city so you must enjoy working with customers as well as in the outdoors.
