Salary NEG DOE Circa €30-35k (EURO) or sterling equivalent.
Normal Retail hours.
We are assisting a well-known local retailer who are looking to expand their team.
They understand that their sales staff are fundamental to their success and as such they have partnered with us to assist them in finding talented and experienced team members for multiple sites across the North West region.
This company fosters a ‘can do’ approach with all their customers and staff and have developed a reputation for quality and service excellence. They urgently wish to receive applications from interested candidates.
This role will involve assuming full responsibility for providing outstanding customer care, achieving personal targets and maintaining store standards consistently.
You must have extensive previous retail sales experience where you have successfully sold key purchase products such as furniture, cars, electronic goods or mobile phones or similar.
Individuals must possess a solid career history with evidence of consistently delivering outstanding customer service and achieving personal and team targets
Proficiency in using an up to date till and order systems also sought after.
Confident and positive individual with strong people skills
A customer orientated individual with the ability to listen to customer needs and provide a solution/product that matches all of their requirements
A results focused individual with the ability to consistently achieve targets
Strong presentation and selling skills
Strong rapport building skills
The ability to work efficiently and accurately
Strong integrity with strong negotiation skills
A team player with a ‘can do’ approach
These roles require suitably experienced and interested applicants to work a standard retail rota each week to include 5/6 days per week from Monday to Sunday.
This pattern may involve working Saturdays and Sundays and some late nights at times.
