Our client is a well-established and highly successful manufacturing business with over 30 years’ experience throughout several sectors namely steel fabrication and precision engineering.
Network Recruitment are seeking to find on behalf of this client a seasoned Sales Executive with experience in Commercial Sales within the engineering sector to further augment their business across Ireland (North and South) and the UK.

Role Profile:
This role is primarily office based. You will be tasked with selling our client’s range of products and services to customers throughout Ireland and the UK and Identifying new business opportunities by making outbound cold sales calls to clients as well as maintaining and building relationships and revenue streams on already established customer accounts.
You will at times be required to follow up sales leads in person and visit customers on site across Ireland and possibly the UK and therefore experience in face to face business sales is crucial for the success of this role. This role will involve assuming full responsibility for consistently achieving daily/weekly/monthly K.P.I.s and financial targets through the implementation of an effective and market-specific Sales and Marketing strategy.

Criteria:
To be considered for this role you must be a highly motivated and proactive negotiator with a proven track record in sales and it is essential you have a strong knowledge of and background in the engineering sector with a strong degree of technical acumen.
You will be results-driven and must be confident communicator and negotiator with excellent relationship building skills. You must possess a full, clean driving licence.
The ideal candidate will possess a third level qualification in Engineering or a related discipline, coupled with demonstrable ability in highlighting new clients, developing new relationships and winning new contracts/business.
