With the economy growing, there has been an upsurge in demand for corporate solicitors to assist in the corporate transactional work taking place in the Irish market and overseas. We have been instructed by one of our clients – a leading Law Firm in Dublin to recruit a Corporate Solicitor with 5+ years PQE. A leading Irish law firm based in Dublin City Centre with a highly rated Corporate Department. They have acted on behalf of an impressive portfolio of clients giving rise to their reputation as experts in the Corporate field.
As the successful candidate, you will become one of Ireland’s leading specialists in both commercial advisory and transactional work.
The Ideal Candidate
Ideally you will have between 5 and 7 years’ PQE with specific company law and corporate transactional experience. You should also have excellent drafting skills and sound negotiation skills when it comes to a variety of corporate documents.
As this is a strongly client focused role, you must have a good ability to manage a caseload whilst balancing the demands and requirements of clients. Commerciality is key to this role so you should have good business acumen.
The team pride themselves on working as a team and effectively communicating with clients in a clear and concise manner therefore you should be a sociable person who is able to work in a manner befitting of such a team.
