Full time shift work
Our client is looking to recruit a creative chef to assist in the running of a busy kitchen.
This establishment has a picturesque seeing with stunning views and delivers an exception dining experience to its customers.
The successful applicant will amongst other things:
– Deputise in the Head Chef’s absence
– Manage a busy kitchen
– Participate in planning menus and the utilisation of food surplus
– Order supplies and monitor stock
The candidate should:
– Have the ability to work in conjunction with and in absence of the Head Chef.
– Have the ability to work with and lead an established team of proficient chefs
– Have knowledge of all areas of the kitchen.
– Have excellent knowledge and understanding of HACCP.
Attention to detail is imperative for this position.
The client is seeking someone who is well experienced in a similar role, passionate about food, reliable and hardworking who is seeking a new challenge.
