Waterford – Sous Chef – Dooley’s Hotel, Waterford Dooley’s hotel, The Quay, Waterford are currently looking for a Hotel Sous Chef to join the team. The Role The property is recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef with professional experience in banqueting and hotels. The successful candidate who will assist the Head Chef in the culinary operations of the hotel will require strong leadership abilities in order to deputise in the absence of the Head Chef. Creativity, flair and innovation when creating meals’ is required in order to maximise the properties reputation within its market. Duties and Responsibilities include: Responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen and food production in the absence of the head chef. Have previous experience in banqueting and hotels in a senior role. A strong awareness and compliance with all health and safety work practises and HACCP controls.
