Technical Support – Spanish LATAM
Accenture Ireland – Dublin – Technical Support – Spanish LATAM Position will require candidate to write technical support emails in response to developer’s questions about how to develop applications for Actions on Google. Some of these questions will be about basic procedure, some will be more technical about interacting with our API. The position will also require judgement about when to escalate developer queries to the next level of support. The candidate will also test Actions across various multimodal Google platforms such as Google Home and Google Assistant (Android OS). Candidate will rigorously test Action’ to ensure they meet Google’s expectations in regard to quality, integrity, ease of use, customer experience, and various policies, such as legal, security and community.
